Your raid Attendance Rating will be the average of your Attendance Score totals from each of the last 10 raids. Example: On raid night #10, raid nights #1-10 would count towards your Attendance Rating. On raid night #11, the Attendance Score from raid night #1 no longer counts and so raid nights #2-11 would count towards your Attendance Rating.
All Raiders start each raid night with an Attendance Score of 100 points.
Deductions are as follows:
On Time, prepared to pull = no deduction
Absent, with afk post at least 4 hours prior to raid time. = minus 50 points
Absent, with afk late notice less than 4 hours prior to raid time. = minus 75 points
Absent, without afk post = minus 100 points
Late, with afk post at least 2 hours from raid time = minus 25 points
Late, with afk post less than 2 hours from raid time = minus 50 points
Late, w/o Notice = minus 75 points
Unprepared at raid start = minus 25 points
Away During Raid = minus 10 Per occurrence
Pre-planned vacations afk'd in forums a month in advance will give an Attendance Score of 85 points per night missed up to 4 nights.
Raiders with an Attendance Rating below 85 will be demoted to a probationary rank for two weeks. You will be below raiders and above trials for loot distribution while in this period. You should also consider yourself as in danger of losing your core spot permanently to a recruit who respects our time.
Opportunities to gain Attendance Rating points by providing help with guild tasks, farming, or providing some other service approved by leadership may be available on a case by case basis.
This system is new and so it will be subject to review and adjustments by leadership over time as required.
